| This utility was designed to be run once a month. When the utility is run, SyteLine is calculating the Average Balance Outstanding as follows: 1) Calculate the balance based on the cutoff date. This date is defined by the user when running the utility but defaults to the current date. 2) Formula: (# of periods * current average balance outstanding ) + balance from step 1 / # of periods + 1. If you reset the number of periods to 1, then the system will set the average balance outstanding = the figure calculated in step 1. |
