Cause
Steps to find out if planning or scheduling is set up to run in the Background Queue:1. Open the Active Background Task form
2. Look for a row for a Task Name for Planning and/or a Task Name for Scheduling
3. Scroll to the right and review the Status column. A status of "Waiting" means that this is a Background queue task. Also see other related solutions:
