Symptom 2 : Unable to run Syteline Configuration Wizard
Database : SQL2000
Fix
User needs to install Application Server in their Utility Server (Windows 2003).
Means after MS Queue installed as a component of Application Server, then reboot and reconfigure your Syteline.
